A truck lockout is not a car lockout with a bigger door. You are on the clock, often on someone else’s property, and the truck may be running with the keys in it. We come to where the truck is, open it without damaging anything, and take a payment method a driver can actually use on the road.
What We Open
Cabs and Sleepers
- Day cab and sleeper doors, both sides
- Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Volvo, Mack, International
- Keys locked inside, including a running truck
- Sleeper compartment and side storage boxes
Trailers and Reefers
- Trailer door padlocks and puck locks
- Reefer unit access panels and cargo doors
- Seals and cargo locks where you have authority to open
- Toolboxes, chain boxes, and side compartments
If a lock genuinely cannot be picked, you get the replacement price before anything is drilled or cut. Nothing gets destroyed to save us time.
Trucks We Have Opened

What It Costs
Most truck lockouts we can price on the phone once you tell us the make, the year, and which lock we are dealing with. If it has to be seen first, your technician prices it on site before touching the truck. Either way you approve the number first, and that number is what you pay.
Veterans and first responders take 10% off with valid ID.
How Drivers Pay Us
This is the part most locksmith websites skip, and it is the part that decides whether you can use us at 3am with an empty wallet.
If your carrier is on EFS: MoneyCode
Call your dispatcher or fleet manager and have them generate an EFS MoneyCode for the amount you approved. The code works as an authorized draft against the company’s EFS account, so the money never has to come out of your pocket and nobody has to mail anything. Read us the code and we process it on the spot.
If your dispatcher has not done one before, it is generated from the EFS CarrierControl system the same way they would issue one for a lumper fee or a roadside repair.
If your carrier is on Comdata: a virtual card
Your dispatcher issues a Comdata virtual card for the approved amount and reads us the number. We run it like any other card. Same result as a MoneyCode: the charge lands on the company account and you do not pay out of pocket or wait on a reimbursement.
A physical Comdata fleet card works too, if you are carrying one.
Owner-operators without a fleet account pay by card like anyone else, and the 4 interest-free payments option is available, subject to approval.
Where We Come
We run the whole Indianapolis metro and the interstate corridors through it: I-65, I-70, I-74, I-465, and I-69. That reaches west to Pittsboro and Clayton, east to Greenfield, north to Tipton, and every truck stop and dock in between.
Typical arrival across the metro is 15 to 45 minutes and does not change after hours. Whitestown runs 20 to 50 minutes. Farther out on the interstates takes longer, and you get a specific ETA when you call rather than a guess.

Truck Stops We Cover
- Love’s Travel Stop
4155 S Indianapolis Rd, Whitestown - TA Travel Center
5930 E State Road 334, Whitestown - Love’s Travel Stop
780 Jeff Gordon Blvd, Pittsboro - TA Travel Center
10346 IN-39, Clayton - Flying J Travel Center
1720 W Thompson Rd, Indianapolis - Joe’s Junction
2210 Kentucky Ave, Indianapolis - Pilot Travel Center
2640 N 600 W, Greenfield - Love’s Travel Stop

Plus the shipper and receiver yards in between, including the AllPoints at Anson docks in Whitestown, and repair shops, rest areas and the shoulder if that is where you stopped.
Why Not Just Break the Window
Because a cab door glass on a late-model sleeper runs several hundred dollars and takes days to source, and because you cannot legally roll with a hole where the glass was. A lockout done properly leaves the door, the glass, the seal, and the lock exactly as they were, and your existing keys still work when we leave.
We carry long-reach tools and air wedges sized for commercial cab doors rather than passenger cars. That matters on a truck door, where the frame is heavier and the wrong tool bends the channel instead of opening the lock.
- No work starts until you approve the price. Most truck lockouts we can price on the phone. When it has to be seen first, your technician prices it on site before starting. What you approve is what you pay.
- You know who is coming before they arrive. Our dispatch software texts you your technician’s details, so you can verify who is walking up to your truck at 3am.
- 1-year warranty on labor. Insured up to $2 million, which matters when the work is happening on a carrier’s or a shipper’s property.
- A real Indiana business. Carmel address, BBB A+, ALOA member, veteran owned and SBA certified. Not an out-of-state call center routing your job to whoever answers.

Questions Drivers Ask
Do you take EFS MoneyCode or a Comdata virtual card?
Both. On EFS, have your dispatcher generate a MoneyCode for the amount you approved and read it to us. On Comdata, have them issue a virtual card for that amount and read us the number. Either way the charge lands on the company account and you do not pay out of pocket. Physical EFS and Comdata fleet cards work too, along with the usual credit and debit cards.
Can you open my truck if it is running?
Yes. Keys locked in a running truck is one of the most common calls we get, and it does not change the price or the method. Tell us when you call so the technician knows what he is walking up to.
Will you damage the door or the glass?
No. We open commercial cab doors with long-reach tools and air wedges sized for truck doors, not passenger cars. The door, the glass, the seal and the lock are left as they were, and your existing keys still work when we leave. If a lock genuinely cannot be picked, you get the replacement price before anything is drilled or cut.
How fast can you get to the Love’s in Whitestown?
Typically 20 to 50 minutes. We are based in Carmel, so the run out to I-65 Exit 133 is a straight shot, and our arrival times do not change after hours. You get a specific ETA when you call, before anyone is dispatched.
Do you come out to the shoulder or only to truck stops?
Wherever the truck is, as long as it is safe to work. Truck stops, shipper and receiver yards, distribution docks, repair shops, rest areas and the shoulder. Tell us the interstate and the nearest mile marker or exit when you call.
Can you make me a new truck key if the keys are lost, not locked in?
That is a different job than a lockout and it is priced separately. Call and describe what happened, and we will tell you whether it is a lockout, a key job, or both before we dispatch anyone.
