Who Owns Locksmith Pro

Locksmith Pro is owned and run by Michael Kaplan, a U.S. Navy veteran. Michael served eight years, was honorably discharged in 2012, and was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal. He founded Locksmith Pro in Carmel in 2018.

That matters to you for a simple reason: when you call, you reach a local Carmel company. Not a national call center that sells your address to whoever is closest, and not a franchise with a 1-800 number. The company is an SBA certified Veteran-Owned Small Business, and you can check that record yourself.

Why People Call Us Instead of the First Ad They See

Search “locksmith near me” and many of the top results are lead sellers with fake local addresses. They quote $19 on the phone and hand you a bill for several hundred once the door is open. Here is how we work instead.

• No work starts until you approve the price. Simple jobs we can often price over the phone. When the job has to be seen first, your technician prices it on site before touching anything. The price you approve is what you pay.
• We open locks rather than destroy them. Picking and bypass first. Drilling is a last resort, and you approve the replacement cost before it happens.
• 1-year warranty on labor. Insured up to $2 million. COI and W-9 available on request for commercial clients.
• A real Indiana address. 597 Industrial Dr, Carmel, IN 46032. Registered with the State of Indiana since 2018.
