  • Services: Due to the nature of our services, refunds for completed services are generally not provided. However, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will review your case and, at our discretion, may offer a partial refund, full refund, or service correction at no additional cost to you.
  • Products: For products (locks, keyless entry systems, safes, etc.) purchased directly from Locksmith Pro LLC, customers are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase if the product is in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging. Products returned without original packaging, opened, or used may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchange Policy:

  • Defective Products: If you believe a product sold to you is defective, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
  • Incorrect Products: If you receive a product different from what was ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Refund/Exchange:

  1. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges.
  2. Condition of Product: Products must be in their original condition with packaging and seals intact for a refund or exchange to be considered.
